- Corrections. If a tool returns the wrong number or an explanation is misleading, send the tool URL and what you observed. We treat correction reports as our highest-priority email.
- Tool requests. If a calculator you need is missing, describe the inputs, the output, and the standard or formula you would use to compute it.
- Partnership and licensing. Use the same address. We will route internally.
What we will not do with your email
- Add it to a mailing list.
- Share it with a third party.
- Use it for marketing or follow-up beyond the conversation you opened.
